Q told us that military is the only way. Do Presidential Pardons apply to military tribunals? What if Biden pardons more and more obviously guilty people. Could this be to help the normies understand why this needs to be handled in a military court, since civilian courts are so obviously corruptible? Sure would like to start seeing Sydney Powell again.

Can you elaborate? I'm not taking issue, but I read recently a fairly firm assertion that a Presidential pardon can absolve a conviction of treason. I agree about state and local laws (no jurisdiction).
My cavil about Biden's "pardon" is that it does not conform with the standard legal definition of pardon, which is to be an absolution of a past or present conviction---not a deterrent to future convictions.
