There goes any chance for the silencer case in the 5th (USA vs. Petterson) circuit will go our way after this. Surprise much?

Or, on the other hand, someone just realizing that the vax killed them, but they aren't dead yet, decided to take his vengeance out on a CEO. No pity from me there, I'm waiting for this to occur at an increasing rate.
