I do all natural. I make my own meds from plants. Way better than the Pharma poisons. I got my Husband off his 25 pills a day and he is so much better.

I got that book by Nicole Apelian. Lost book of herbal remedies. That's how I got started. Best book ever. And she just came out with a new one . Apothecary 250 remedies. Step by step on how to make everything.
