I dunno...he left casings, a cell phone, and got caught on camera in a Starbucks. I'd say semi-pro, or someone with some skills that thought through most of it. Now, if they can't get any DNA off anything and the cell phone is an untraceable burner with no comms, then maybe a pro. He ditched it so he couldn't have metadata tracked. It was a bicycle not an e-bike. I'm on the fence.
My observations I notice, gasses from the shot come out of the top of the pistol (welrod is bolt action to prevent this), shooter racks the slide in reward motion (welrod is a twist) and didn’t go into battery which is why the pistol is racked multiple times.
Another thing is it appears the shooter didn’t use a booster for the suppressor causing the pistol to short stroke (not cycle). Not using a booster would be a rookie move for quick follow shots. Unless he purposely swapped recoil spring to something weaker to help trap more gases making it a little quieter.

he at least knew what type of weapon to use
Do you have any sauce for the weapon type?

This analysis made my happy place tingle. The Station-6 is cool. Can one have enough NFA Cat4 stamps? Nope. Out comes the $5 swear jar. Sweet!!!
