Taking a shot at "Big Ins", pun intended, makes me lean towards a DS narrative distraction/change-pysop pathway with the endgame being socialized NHS Soylent Green medicine. Short the stock & cash in when it rises, maybe. Only the beltway boys & Langley know for sure.
