I am closer to Philly than NYC but the state is the most densely populated in the country and between two of the biggest cities.

I had been up all night wondering what these could be for and am dumbfounded. I thought maybe Amazon test runs, but they'd just admit that if that were the case and we wouldn't see headlines of the FBI involved.

Then I thought they're dry runs for something coming in the future, near future perhaps. Their nature seems to be of scanning. They aren't changing altitudes or direction, at least the ones I observed in October and the one I saw last night. I read a post on Twitter this morning saying they are scanning for fallen nuclear satellite debris hence they won't let the public know so to not instill fear. Idk, sounds like any other theory. My theory is it's surveillance based. If something happened where the people would revolt, the gov't would want eyes in the air. Just my thoughts.
