This is years old. The lawsuit he is talking about seems like a crank case. If this was a genuine case and there was real evidence, this would be giant news. The backstory is a woman filed multiple lawsuits against dozens of defendants. Quite frankly, she seems like she had a mental break. She claimed one of the devices implanted in her body was a particle accelerator.
