Growth in % is not the same as growth in absolute numbers: In a given school you could go from 5 admins to 10, a 100% hike but just 5 in total amount, while going from 100 teachers to 110, just 10% more but double the total amount compared to admins. Just giving % is misleading and does not give a clear picture of the situation.
