I'm in IT. Compromising an IP is not as easy as one might think. If you are on a home network behind a NAT, that is one thing, but even then the downstream device is advertised. So, in a corporate network these days, it's much harder to to do with things like IP security. Plus there are these things called proxies. They can and do scoop up all sorts of things. And lastly, your DNS server gives you away too. So, my guess is, he's a pedo. Sorry Paul.
