The Clinton emails were not made public by WikiLeaks.

They were made public by the US State Department.

They could still be found on the freedom of information act section of the state department https://foia.state.gov/Search/Results.aspx?collection=Clinton_Email

This was where WikiLeaks got them.

Notice how you don't cite an actual email. But a meme
