Yes but they'd go to war if they're told to.
Those type of people would do anything to dodge a draft. They would support a government’s call to war, but let others go and fight it.

Both involve avoidance of perceived death.
Yeah that's a good point. So is you perceived the vaccine as death and avoided it, you'll also avoid war.
