Mail volume is decreasing while package volume is dramatically increasing. It takes longer to deliver a package then it would to deliver letters.

With that being said, yes the post office is probably the most poorly run business in the country

It is. Even in my 20, I figured out they were wasting money and tried to tell them and guess what happened? Nothing. 0
