Question: I'm coming down with a cold, will Ivermectin help?

Woke up this morning with a sore throat and feeling a bit achy. A cold has been going around among my friends and I may have picked it up. I have Ivermectin and I'm wondering if starting it now will help?

You are so lucky. Any of my grandkids come through the door with something and we catch it. No matter what medicines we take to keep from getting their (crud) we end up with it anyway.
