I doubt the lot/grounds are comparable ... if you look at the area around Mar-a-Lago on Google Maps, there's nothing even close that compares.

Also, Mar-a-Lago is 62,500 sq ft ... so, assuming the construction is of similar luxury/quality, this comparable sale would help estimate Mar-a-Lago's structure alone at $3.29B, lol.
