Agent Z needs a new embroidered custom-logo T-shirt.

Also, the loan supposedly is using interest, from Russian frozen accounts, as security.

Hardly secure, if any reparations are to be made in a Peace settlement. Keeping stolen interest just doesn't fly.

I wonder which bank agreed to that?
