Candace believes that this IS the assassin. He goes to a University, where also other MK Ultra participants have gone to. Is this another case of MK Ultra?

Candace isn't wrong as often as she's right, but at this time, no one but the Deep State themselves could rule the possibility that this guy is a patsy.

Surely, the unibrow is reason enough for us healthy skeptics to remain...skeptical.
