I would do it myself if I had the equipment or money. But, I could volunteer to be part of any operation to capture the rogue drones.

Yes. I am quite sure that the US govt. has the technological ability to safely capture drones. But, instead, they gaslight the public with bullshit statement's about being "unable to shoot them down."
