I would do it myself if I had the equipment or money. But, I could volunteer to be part of any operation to capture the rogue drones.

If a drone is made non operational by any means it would interesting to see what's said afterwards and who wants it back the most.

Yup. If i get my hands on one, I claim salvage rights (seeing as nobody else is claiming ownership) and I will be asking a very high price for anyone who wants to view it, or purchase my salvage.
