If downed drone in the vicinity, call the bomb squad.
Fire department instructed to wear hazmat suits.

Treat as an attack on homeland, they are not sure if there is a payload or not!

So could the drones be going down on a bomb or something else on the ground, so the issue is not with the drone, but with what it has found/identified?

Interesting plausible scenario. It does seem that there is a mix of different types of drones, possibly some are our drones and some are “other”drones.
