Gavin Newsom has been working on getting the ban through since he signed an executive order in 2020.

I have no idea why it says there would be court battles.

If FJB can unilaterally say one thing, Trump can unilaterally do the opposite.

Besides, SCOTUS has already said that Federal agencies cannot make law, so any mandate from the EPA would be illegal.
