Odd name translation 🤔 says it first appeared Biblically in the Old Testament In Hebrew, Dara means "compassion" or "pearl of wisdom". In Bulgaria, North Macedonia and Serbia, Dara means "gift", or "to give a gift", its meaning directly derives from dar "gift". In Ibibio, Dara is a derivative of "joy", and it means "rejoice". In the Celtic as it is written/named here it means "black oak" or "oak tree". Not quite sure to make of it yet. Interesting though. Good post & great picture. 👍
