Coca Cola is going down, one way or the other. Once RFK JR takes away their subsidies, they are going to be crippled. HALF their sales are from food stamps. Liquid sugar is killing people, and Coca Cola is laughing all the way to the bank.
I have no problem with them producing it. I do have a problem with poor people feeling they have to buy it with food stamps, because it's cheaper than bottled water.
The information available to consumers now to make healthy decisions is voluminous. What is wrong with people? Being poor is no excuse. Their friggin excuse is they are the result of a shitty public education system that imparts no curiosity to learn, let alone knowing the 3 R's, and having an ounce of desire to be healthy. And this goes back at least to the parents and grandparents. They are addicted to the crap.
RFK has a thankless job ahead of him because certain politicians and talking head media are vilifying him at every turn. Whose hands are in the deep corporate pockets? And the beat goes on...

End that gravy train NOW.
