I have NEVER seen a departing POTUS get the 21 gun salute that an incoming POTUS gets. Also, the inauguration was early, which makes one wonder, why? Inaugurations are EXTREMELY well regimented. For them to screw up Biden's so badly had to be on purpose.

In 2017 the 21 gun salute began the second after Trump repeated the line, "So help me God." The 21 gun salute could be seen with the Capitol Building in the background. Bidens? In the Arlington Cemetery?
