Close enough to what I said, it still takes time for them to switch modes and that time is longer when you've only eaten one diet for many years. After the initial adaptation you can switch between high fat and high carb diets very quickly which is the way nature intended (anyone claiming we're not supposed to eat plants or fruit keeps ignoring that half of the teeth in our mouths are clearly for that purpose and we have guts that do not even resemble that of a strict carnivore.)
Actually it does. Fiber is completely unnecessary. In fact does more damage to the villi. Carnivores have a greater variety of gut flora. Plants have anti nutrients like lectins and oxalates that cause kidney stones. Oxalate dumping is a real thing. Damage to the thyroid caused by oxalates. There is a lot we don’t know about nutrition. But after years of person experience and education on plants and their damage to the body human I will stick to meat-focused. Oh and at the end of the digestive track meat is fully digested and plants are still there - think corn. So if meat is brought in the body but plants are left behind which offers most nutrients? Plant you cannot beak down or meat you can fully use?
