I had an Ol' E-9 tell me, and the saying goes like this:

"IF YOU CAN'T LEAD GET THE HELL OUT OF THE WAY BECAUSE I WILL STEAM ROLL YOU'RE ASS"

But it is something along those lines...the one(s) that can lead, lead, the ones who carry water, keep carrying because your just a hanger-on!!!!
