Take a closer look at the names. There are good people on there. They voted no but are willing to work to get a deal done and the 116 page version will be much easier to work with them on.
It's shameful that Johnson was willing to waste a mountain of time secretly creating a shitty bill with dozens of nefarious provisions that Democrats were happy with, but now everyone flips out when Republicans--who are in the majority--need a couple of days to work out a real bill?
Amen! Tim Burchett, my representative from East Tennessee, is a good man, and only a fool would call him a "RINO." I'm certain there were good reasons for him to vote against it, most likely because it still contained odious funding parts.
