Why would you spend money on shelter, food, medicine and exercise for these animals.

They are illegal immigrants who committed crimes against citizens. This should be treated as the most serious offence.

A capital offence. After taking DNA, in the future ANY relative should be barred from entering. Deterrent are some of the few things that work on low iq illiterate turd world scum.
