How it would have played out sequentially (part of this was actually observed):

1. HOLD ME at large (2), do not call yet, after ME2 (1) called for Trump; Kamala has these two (included in 226) [actually happened]

2. "Surprise flip" of Iowa, Kamala wins +6; Alternative Nevada (item #4) [+6] [failed attempt]

3. STEAL Arizona, to flip it blue, Kamala wins +11 [+17] [failed attempt]

4. STEAL Nevada after extended counting (6, alternate to Iowa), to flip it blue; [failed attempt]

5. HOLD Alaska (3), do not call yet [actually happened]

6. Extended counting flips Michigan (15) and Wisconsin (10) back to Kamala [+42]; now 268-270 totals until the last trick; without ME2 early call would have been 268-269 (likely planned dramatic narrative was to hold Trump below 270 the whole time).

7. Either flip ME2 back to Kamala (1) OR, ME at large flips to Trump (2) and then Alaska (3) is "surprise flip" to Kamala (+1 Net); [+43]

But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote; a quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from two-thirds of the states, and a majority of all the states shall be necessary to a choice. Each state House delegation gets 1 vote for POTUS. Winner in 2024 would be 26 to 24. So delegations of 26 states must be controlled by MAGA for Trump to win in this situation. MAGA controls 26 minus single seat delegations of which there are 4.

The person having the greatest number of votes as Vice-President, shall be the Vice-President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed, and if no person have a majority, then from the two highest numbers on the list, the Senate shall choose the Vice-President; a quorum for the purpose shall consist of two-thirds of the whole number of Senators, and a majority of the whole number shall be necessary to a choice. But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.

Assumed to be a vote of 1:1, all 100 Senators voting, majority rules. Re-iteration of Kamala's ineligibility to be POTUS disqualifies from her current position as well. Republican majority of Senate ensures Republican VP, rather than Trump getting stuck with Walz as VP and then having to worry about getting removed with a "soft coup" to make Walz POTUS or "acting President". This could have theoretically happened on Jan6 with 51-49 Democrat control of Senate which would have voted for Walz as VP in contingent election.
