I can't tell WTF they are voting on. There is a 3rd version out now - 2nd rev of the skinny bill with I'm trying to digest now: https://docs.house.gov/billsthisweek/20241216/ARA%2012.20.pdf

As it should be. Beginning of the week you get 20 X 10 page bills to peruse. Friday you vote. Congress is FUBAR'd beyond all imagination. My friend just got elected as a freshman US Congressman. I can't wait to hear his reports back.
