We the people tell Congress what to do. Elon Musk is an American citizen. He has every right to tell Congress what to do. Just like you or I do.

Having a few more dollars than you or I do does put him in a better position to have his voice heard, but his opinion is equal to yours and mine. What Congressmembers choose to do with that has more to do with them wanting to continue to feed at the trough than out of respect for the voice of the American public. But if that's what we have, I'll take it.
