WOW a “gap” in the system allowed someone WITHOUT a birthdate or ss number to be registered! That sounds like a feature not a gap! So Miss Hill is a fool - because she registered 4 people illegally only to be identified and hopefully charged with voter fraud. A little cheating is still cheating. She was warned.
