US Navy pilots shot down over Red Sea; US says it was 'friendly fire'

Two U.S. Navy pilots were shot down Sunday over the Red Sea in the most serious accident yet since American troops began targeting Yemen's Houthi rebels.

And now the same ship has fired missiles at two F-18s who overflew it. The first time those who know about these things said this was impossible, just what they said when the USS Vicennes shot down an Iranian Airbus on a scheduled route.
