The electoral votes had to be received at CONgress by 12/25 this year. I saw a story on OAN the other day with the electoral votes arriving in an ornamental chest with leather straps (looked like a belt) wrapped around it. They put them on display so the public could see the chest. I don't remember which day but it was either the 23rd or 24th.
They won't be certified until J6. Remember - that's what they were doing when antifa, CHSs, FBI, and all the other agitators caused the whole "riot/insurrection BS".
