Oh, it is. Lackawanna County is a Democrat stronghold that Biden and Hillary like to say they are from. Such BS. The entire countyis so-o-o-o-o corrupt. Right after the 2020 election, they renamed the Scranton Expressway after Biden and the sign on Interstate 81 kept getting shot at.
