While I agree with this, the whole H1B1 visa abuse needs to stop.

Importing half of India will solve nothing, increase unemployment with Americans (who are more capable and intelligent), increase housing costs, lower wages and falsely inflate the economy.

This reminds me of Henry Ford talking out both sides of his mouth.
