So he’s took advantage of the H1B because it’s there. Then what would happen if it was changed? They know it’s not going to stay the same. It’s like when Trump explained he took advantage of the tax loopholes and told Hilary they should have changed the tax codes.
They both took advantage of a system because it was there to use.

"best and brightest" are not brought in using H1B.
and I find that to be a false dichotomy. Using Tax deductions isn't equivalent to Tech companies laying off thousand and replacing them with 3rd world indentured servants.
