Expressing your own opinion about this particular subject is already over-complicating it. It's simple. The intended effect of this sequence of disagreements between the various Trump picks are primarily to wake up and unify the country. It got everyone talking about it, just like that 1500+ page bill stuff everyone was talking about last week.
