Elon should NOT be banning ANYONE. Not after 4 years of prattle of him talking about "How important freedom of speech" is.

He just took out a gun and shot him self in the leg. Should he talk about H1B? yes. Should he support H1B? don't care. Should he ban people over talking about it? NO!
