Holy Father, despite the freezing weather, it seems like my body is back to a decent holiday cruise style. I even set an alarm not tooversleep today. We indeed have plenty to prepare as our new year’s guest actually are bringing guests of their own. we have enough sits for everyone and there surely will be plenty to eat and drink as these are not hungry youngsters but rather older people whom at least won’t expect us to throw a dance party. These eve and lunch are not yet 100% planned so they may feel a bit scary but I know You will inspire me the focus and serenity I always need to achieve.
AGENDA
👉🏻 Today we celebrate Anysia of Thessalonica.
Saint Anysia of Thessalonica (Greek: Άγία Άνυσία) (d. c. 304) was a Christian virgin and martyr of the 4th century. She was born of pious and affluent parents who "raised her in Christian piety". They died when Anysia was young, leaving her their wealth, which she distributed to the poor, choosing to live "a strict life of fasting, vigil, and prayer". During the Diocletianic Persecution, Anysia was on her way to church, but was stopped while passing through the Cassandriote Gate by a soldier, who insisted that she tell him where she was going. In her fright, she made the sign of the cross on her forehead and when she admitted that she was a Christian, he began to force her to make sacrifices to the Roman gods. They struggled and he tried to remove her veil; she spit in his face in defiance. In anger, he killed her by running her through with his sword. The Christians buried her near the gate; when the persecution ended, they built a chapel over her grave.

See you tomorrow, Frens!🤓
Amen. Sorry I'm late but I did oversleep due to the fact I had so much fun at our church Christmas party. It was hilarious.
Mary!🤗💐
Don’t be sorry you overslept, it actually feels great to know you had a great time then a great rest!🤩
You should have seen me trying to play this game. The object was there were 3 teams with 3 people. 2 people on each team had to blow up balloons while 1 of them had to stuff these balloons inside a pair of pantyhose. George kept blowing them up to big for me to stuff and when I did get the right size ones which Wyatt blew up, they would pop half way down the leg of the hose. After the game was called, the Leader of each team had to wear these on top of their head. Hilarious.
Sounds quite fun, especially as it involves all generations to have the same joy together.🥳💐
It was fun. We also played 'Guess the Christmas Carol'. Like example, Far Off Sleeping Quarters, Gift of 2 missing items, etc.
What you describe feels like the Great America everyone loves!🤠💐
It was fun. Our Santa wore the first Santa outfit before Coca-Cola changed it into the fat jolly old man we know today. He said next year he is going to order the Scandanavian suit. I can hardly wait.
My youngest grandchild AJ/Aaron Junior threw a fit when my daughter put him on Santa's lap. He wanted no part of him. Just like his Mom at that age (he will be one year old on January 16) she threw a fit too and peed on the man. That was because I used cloth diapers and she peed so bad it came out the sides of her rubber panties and leaked on Santa. At least this Santa didn't have that happen to him. Kek!
