Memes shouldn't have to be explained, that's the whole art of meme making.

Disobey who? Government? For sure. But law enforcement and courts? Its a double edged sword. On one hand if the laws are fair, we must obey. But if they are crooked like mask mandates and such, then disobey! Even so, Trump would never put up a message like that. Perhaps "Discern" should be a right prompt.
