I hire the best I can no matter the race or color and I treat everyone the same until they give me a reason not to. Except for doctors, I loath doctors.

Same here. I go to doctor also but only when absolutely necessary and always go to Naturopathic doctors first, followed by acupuncturist and chiropractors before allopathic doctors.
