When you bring in a 3rd party, there is no demand that Russia or Ukraine agree to anything brought in by the 3rd party.

Why did Russia invade Ukraine? Perhaps because of the 50+ Bioweapons labs all located within 50 miles of the Russian border?

They invaded because heels up Harris went to Europe and said Ukraine was gonna join NATO. That has always been thought to be war. So war is what the deep state war mongers want.

Considering that Russia's first actions as they began what was called an SMO ...A Special Military Operation...Russia's first actions in the first couple weeks as detailed by T Slava on Telegram...24 Bio Labs were raided and paperwork and the servers were taken by the FSB...so considering their first actions were to raid bio-labs Hobar's off by a few labs but he has got the right idea...Russian generals who know the truth blow up frequently as result but doesn't stop anything.
