Has any buisness owners here filed the Fincen BOI report? Im getting no solid answers from my accountant and a few lawyers i know. I've heard it needs to be filed, but then i hear there is an injunction on it from a new lawsuit as of 12/27 and its on hold. - The Great Awakening

Mods. You can dump this post off topic but we have buisness owners here that could be subject to massive fines if not filed today if this injunction is fake news. I trust opinions and info from here. Thanks to anyone that can elaborate.

I waited till Dec to file for both of my companies. I figured if Trump didn't get elected we were fucked anyway. I felt as an FFL dealer I was on every government list anyway. I pray that this just becomes a nothing buger after Trump get it and gets to work.
