I remember a story of a Delta guy that killed another Delta at his home in front of his family, cold blooded murder. The Delta soldier just disappeared and the family couldn’t get any information on what happened to the guy. I figured he disappeared into some CIA black ops program. A lot of drugs get used in SF, they party hard and self medicate. I think those at the top know it and allow it, at anytime they can pull someone in for a random and then they have them by the balls…. They own them.
