The loss of lives and serious injury "by truck" in N.O. is appalling. Those were random innocent people attacked.

For what reason?? To turn terrorism back to terrorists, instead of school shooters? since that has been overused to the point of absurdity . . .

The bollards had been removed. The Police super looks like Granny Clampett. Really?? This is PATHETIC.
