No - I don’t need to brush up on presidential protocols. At any point of time in the day, these are all meaningless to me. Until, a question is brought up and you can get an answer right here at GAW. No studying required.

Regarding the canal - yes I know that Trump wants to take it back. That’s why I made a joke about flying the flag at half mast when Trump acquires the Panama Canal.
