He's not blowing any whistle. He does not claim special knowledge. He's just ranting a paranoid fantasy. There is No Evidence of any of this nonsense. Not a good omen that Flynn was supposedly in regular communication with this guy. (Not good for Flynn. May explain why Trump is keeping him at arm's length.)
