Does anyone else feel that all this Carter stuff is at LEAST being used to distract us just prior to inauguration and maybe even has some kind of darker purpose almost like a black magic ritual?

Well, Reagan got dragged from coast to coast from what I recall. Just one of the many oddities about his funeral.
