Not sure how far up the chain of command in the law enforcement world one would need to go, but somewhere along the way there’s someone/s who do not want less crime - that would destroy their budgeting.. it’s a fucking con job whenever they use that language. Remember when there was no seatbelt law? Remember when there was and it wasn’t a primary reason for a traffic stop? Well now We have fucking Skynet watching for seatbelt violation.
