I had a similar experience after being with a company for 30 years, but different carrier and there wasn’t drones then. Someone came by and looked at the house from the street. My roof was old and so I made arrangements to replace the roof. Provided the carrier with my documents & pictures of new roof. Stayed with them two more years, then decided to shop for less expensive coverage and replaced them with a new company at renewal.
